If our compare function return value is a-b then it sorts the array of numbers in ascending order.

Example:

const numbers = [1,4,67,789,9,2];const sortAsc = numbers.sort((a,b)=>a-b);console.log(sortAsc); // [1, 2, 4, 9, 67, 789]
